Refund and Return Policy for FOOTBAR Sold by Elite Sports

1. Introduction
This Refund and Return Policy applies to all purchases of FOOTBAR devices made through Elite Sports in Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia. By purchasing FOOTBAR from Elite Sports, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Warranty Coverage
FOOTBAR devices sold by Elite Sports come with a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and functional issues, provided the device has not been subjected to physical damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase.

3. Conditions for Refund or Replacement
You are eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • Damaged on Delivery: If the FOOTBAR device is delivered with physical damage, you must report it within 7 days of receipt. Please provide clear photos of the damaged item along with proof of purchase.
  • Manufacturing Defects: If the device malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect within the 1-year warranty period, you may request a replacement or repair. This does not cover damage due to misuse, exposure to extreme conditions, or unauthorized modifications.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or physical impact after delivery.
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
  • Devices with tampered serial numbers or unauthorized repairs.

5. Return Process
To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Contact Elite Sports via email or phone, providing your proof of purchase and details of the issue.
  2. If the claim is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
  3. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories.

6. Shipping Costs

  • For Damaged on Delivery or Manufacturing Defects: Elite Sports will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For Other Returns: If the return is not due to damage or defect (e.g., change of mind), the customer will bear the shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply.

7. Refund Timeline
Once the returned product is received and inspected, Elite Sports will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
